Genos’ comprehensive three-day certification program explores the measurement and development of EI in the workplace at an individual, group, and organizational level. Participants in the certification program will learn about the history and theory of EI, the origins of Genos EI and our seven dimension EI model, and be trained to deliver Genos EI products in three unique phases of our EI enhancement process (assess, develop, and apply).

Once you have successfully completed your certification process, you will be licensed to deliver a suite of EI products—including the Genos EI self and multi-rater assessments and our EI enhancement methodology.

Genos conducts public certification workshops regularly throughout the year. ‘In-house’ programs are also available for groups of eight or more.
