Genos has a variety of products and services to improve emotional intelligence.

EI Enhancement Program

The Genos EI Enhancement Program is a comprehensive development curriculum that includes:

  • A pre-program multi-rater assessment,
  • Our 10-module EI Enhancement Kit, with each module focused on the development of EI behaviors in the seven dimensions of the Genos EI model, and
  • A post-program multi-rater assessment – to measure the change in demonstrated EI behavior over time.

The Genos EI Enhancement Program is suitable for one-on-one and small group coaching, and is based on adult learning principles that are appropriate at all levels of an organization.

A comprehensive facilitator manual, providing step-by-step instructions and tips for delivering the Genos EI Enhancement program, is also available for practitioners who prefer a more structured delivery approach.
