Emerging Leader Program - Train-the-Trainer
The Enduring Impact Program has been designed for Generation X and Y frontline, project-manager or middle level managers. The program comprises of comprehensive blended learning experiences to produce lasting results. It is the perfect introductory emotional intelligence developmental program for graduates through to mid-level managers.
The 4-day Train-the trainer will bring you across the five (5) classroom-learning modules — each designed for delivery in a half-day (four-hour) session. You will have the opportunity to experience the content delivered to you, and you will then deliver parts of the content back to the wider group. You will also have the opportunity to think about pitching the program to your clients.
