We generally get one phone call a week asking us - how do I debrief this report, the participants scores are very low, some are even as low as 1?

To help support you in debriefing these difficult profiles we have created a support document which can be located in our resource portal, and is also attached to this blog. We understand the difficulty that these low profiles present for both practitioner and client, they are never easy!!!
