The Genos Employee Motivation certification is a one-day program that involves:

• Pre-work – completing a Genos Employee Motivation Assessment (GEMA) on yourself and having a practice client complete it also.
• Attending a one-day learning program
• Completing post-workshop activities that include debriefing your practice client on their results and writing up a small case study on the experience.

Becoming certified also provides you with access to subject matter expert support to help you apply the technology in your work.

The learning program covers:

• The GEMA model and measure
• How to debrief results to individuals, and teams
• How to use aggregated results in strategic human resource consulting, and
• How to position and sell the technology to prospective clients.
