Motivation Assessment for Individuals

Obtain an in-depth understanding of what drives higher levels of job satisfaction, passion, and performance for the individual. This assessment is the perfect coaching tool for Outplacement, Career Transition, and Recruitment programs, but is also a good vehicle for participants in group workshops and team launches to learn about individual strengths and differences and build team culture.

Motivational Fit Assessment for Organizations

45 questions, 10 minutes to complete

Measure the gap between what motivates people and what they actually experience at work. Questions focus on the four critical areas of Employee Motivation: role, manager, team, and organization. The results of this assessment provide the foundation for strategic Human Resources initiatives, such as work re-design, leadership development, and culture integration and transformation, which can be customized for implementation organization-wide or in singular departments and teams.
