Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all who could join the session on Tuesday and for those who couldn’t the link to the recorded session can be found below and the slide deck is attached. This is also be available from the website.

The session ran really well - we are getting to grips with the technology and functionalities that Elluminate has to offer and the use of break out rooms allowed us to keep the session interactive. The group came up with a good list of questions around coaching EI, using the being states model as a reference point, and attached is a supplementary document on feedback and coaching around EI - as taken from our certification manual. It would be great to build on this list we have begun so we welcome any comments, suggestions, additions or suggestions!
