Who Should Attend
The Genos EI Certification is designed for experienced learning and organizational development professionals, human resource consultants, executive coaches and organizational psychologists. If you are not experienced in (any one of) coaching, facilitating and adult development, this program is not for you.
International Coach Federation [4] accredited coaches can earn 19.25 CCEU's (Continuing Coach Education Units) by completing the Genos EI Certification program.
Format
A two day facilitated program that includes:
- A personal 360-degree emotional intelligence assessment and debrief by a certified coach as pre-work
- Inspirational content
- Participative methods
- Experiential scenarios
- Action planning
- Post-program action learning project (see below)
To complete the course and gain certification you need to put an individual through the Genos 360-degree Emotional Intelligence Assessment and successfully debrief them. A Genos master trainer will interview you after the debrief session to discuss any issues or challenges that arose during the session, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that you are able to apply Genos EI tools effectively and confidently.
Learning Outcomes
You will leave the certification program being able to:
- Design and sell emotional intelligence solutions to clients.
- Develop individuals’ and team’s emotional intelligence by assessing and powerfully debriefing their assessment results, and providing practical tools and techniques for applying and being more emotionally intelligent in the workplace.
