Emotional Intelligence Certification – Hong Kong – May, 2018

Delivered in both English and Cantonese, this GENOS Emotional Intelligence Certification Programme in Hong Kong will enable coaches, trainers and learning professionals to work with their clients to better apply EI in the workplace.

The 2-day course fee includes a personal 180 degree EI Assessment which is debriefed by your facilitator before attending the certification workshop. Post workshop, to complete the course/gain certification, you must successfully debrief the results of a sample GENOS 180 degree assessment with your course facilitator. You will be able to select to take/debrief your report in either English or Cantonese or Mandarin, whilst the main part of the workshop facilitation will be in English, with Cantonese support.

Overall, your certification means you will leave with:

• Direct access to the GENOS suite of Emotional Intelligence tools which can be branded with your company name/logo on to build your business or link to your organisation
• The ability to design and sell EI solutions to clients (both as an external or internal learning person/facilitator/coach)
• An understanding of how to coach individuals’ and teams’ EI by assessing and debriefing their assessment results
• Confidence to work with clients to help them understand how EI helps them develop, retain and engage their people
• An immediate access to a network of learning colleagues and facilitators/coaches in other organisations and industries who are working with EI to help their practices/firms develop
• Invitations to ‘certified practitioner only’ events to learn from experts from all over the world (June 2018 event taking place in Singapore)

Your workshop facilitators are Rainbow Chow and Anita Li from Black Dog Consultants. Both facilitators are highly experienced facilitators and executive coaches and they work with a wide range of corporate clients in Hong Kong and around the Asia Pacific Region.

The workshop is most suitable for executive coaches and facilitators/trainers working both in-house and externally/freelance. It would also be highly relevant for internal HR and Learning & Development Teams who are interested in exploring how Emotional Intelligence can help them internally with the development, engagement and retention of their people.

The workshop will be capped at 12 delegates to allow for deep personal discussion. For groups of colleagues, in-house certifications are possible which work out most cost effective for organisational teams of 4-5 people +.
