Presenter - Dr Ben Palmer, CEO, Genos International

Ben completed a PhD in Psychology at Swinburne University where he created the first Australasian model and measure of emotional intelligence, known today as the Genos Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. His model and measure of EI is used in 35 different countries in 28 different languages. He is an adjunct research fellow at Swinburne University and Torrens University in Australia and the NSW AITD Division Council President. Ben is also an experienced CEO himself having grown Genos from a small team to an international business with scale, an extensive blue-chip client base, and an enviable reputation and globally renowned brand.
