Day Two: Refresh and deepen for success
From talent attraction, selection, onboarding and development; to employee engagement and organisational culture assessments. There is a Genos product that can help HR teams get better outcomes. Get refreshed on the full product suite and how to package it. Then choose to deepen your understanding in an area of your choice in a session on:
- Recruitment. Deep dive on how to integrate various Genos products and your services into talent attraction, selection, and onboarding.

Day Three: Leaning into the Global Community
Certified Practitioner Session provides the opportunity for peers to reflect on insights from the conference and plan how to put it to success. A facilitator will lead discussion with colleagues capturing:
