Use this option to add program participants (Subjects) to your survey group. Your file must contain the first name, last name and email address of each participant, with each field separated by a comma. If you need to specify Participants and Raters
Use this option to add program participants and their raters to your survey group. Your file must contain the rater type, first name, last name and email address of each participant, with each field separated by a comma. You must start with a Subject (that is, the participant being rated) and then list all of that participant’s raters on the following row, then move on to the next Subject, etc. If you are unsure as to the exact format required, you may download a sample file using the link below.
