As preparation for the program participants complete the Genos Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Assessment. The results of this assessment will then be provided during the program. Using the insights gained from the feedback within the Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Report, we then assist participants in using the mindfulness techniques to enhance the quality of their leadership.
